I review the details and photos you provide alongside comparable properties currently on the market. I take into account the location, condition, floor area, registered use and any factors that distinguish it from similar listings. An asking price in a listing is not the same as the final sale price, so the properties being compared need to have similar characteristics. If key details are missing, we will clarify them first. This estimate is based on the information available; submitting the form will not display an automatic price on screen.

The form asks questions specific to the type of property. For an apartment, useful details include the building’s condition, which floor the apartment is on and its interior finish; for a house, construction status, utilities and infrastructure matter. Mention any known defects or points you are unsure about. Photos help me understand the condition, though we can discuss a viewing separately if needed. Please do not send documents containing unnecessary personal information for an initial conversation.

We can discuss a preliminary price, the property features that affect it and any information that could change the estimate.
